How far in advance should I book my balloon installation?

Grab your spot on our calendar at least two weeks before your event to avoid any last-minute stress. Not sure about the details yet? Secure your date with a $200 deposit, and we'll work out the specifics together later.

*Last minute bookings are considered a week or less and is subject to the colors and materials we have on hand and all payment will be due up front.

Can you accommodate last-minute orders?

Last-minute orders are considered to be within one week of your event. While we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute orders, please note that we work with supplies on hand. This means we might not be able to fulfill your exact vision. If we need to order specific supplies to make it happen, there may be an additional fee for expedited shipping. Just reach out with your event details, and we'll let you know what's possible

How much do balloons cost?

Pick Up/Delivery Garlands start at $100.

Custom installations are priced based on design, thickness, complexity and length. To provide you a quote, it’s best to have measurements of where you want them to go. We charge by the foot. The total cost for custom balloons will include 20% for installation and delivery based on mileage from 76052.

In order to get on our calendar, we require a $200 date deposit and the balance can be made into a payment plan.

How long will the balloons last once they are installed?

We use professional grade balloons are thicker and more durable than products you purchase at big box stores or Amazon. Balloon garlands can last about a day outdoors but may last 3 months depending on conditions. However, no guarantees! Keep in mind, balloons are temporary and may pop due to interaction with kids, sharp objects, or rough surfaces.

What is your policy on cancellations or changes to my order?

Once you've put down your deposit to lock in your event date, it's non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, it will become a credit on your account for future use.

Are your balloons environmentally friendly?

We use professional grade 100% plant based latex balloons. These are biodegradable. 🎈 Mylar balloons can be reused because we can deflate and reinflate them. 🙌🏻We don’t use fishing line for building our balloon garlands. We reuse balloon bags over and over. Our giant shiny orbs are something we rent out and retrieve so we can use them again and again. We love the earth and balloons ❤️.

Do you deliver to my area? What does this service include?

Yes! 🙌🏻 Our delivery option means you can have your balloon garland delivered to your door. 🍒 Easy as cherry pie!

We deliver to DFW and surrounding communities.

*Please note that this service is drop off only. If you need help with hanging or installing your balloon garland, please send an inquiry for a custom installation.
